CAP Wins Big at Pasco EDC NetFest
This spring, CAP Realty was proud to take home the award for Most Unique Chili at the Pasco EDC NetFest Annual Chili Cook-Off. The event, which has been running for 22 years, has long been a favorite in the community. CAP has participated since the beginning, making this year’s win especially meaningful.
10th Annual Cancer Crawl
On March 2, 2025, CAP participated for the third consecutive year in the 10th Annual Cancer Crawl. The team joined with others across the community to raise awareness and funds for cancer research, showing continued commitment to causes that directly impact families in Pasco County.
Leadership & Recognition for Heidi Tuttle-Beisner
Broker/Owner Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, CCIM has long been recognized as a leader in both real estate and community development. With more than thirty years of experience in commercial investment brokerage, Heidi has built a reputation as a top producer and industry advocate.
In 2025, Heidi’s leadership expanded as she began serving as a Board Director of the Pasco Economic Development Council (EDC). She also continues her service on the Habitat for Humanity board, where she actively advocates for property acquisition, affordable housing initiatives, and opportunities for families to achieve homeownership. CAP Realty has proudly supported Habitat’s annual gala
as an event sponsor. This year, Heidi was also honored by Congressman Gus Bilirakis for her
dedication and ongoing contributions to Pasco County. Her recognition underscores her commitment to strengthening local housing, business growth, and community support.

Grow Pasco: Sharing Knowledge with Local Businesses
On March 20, 2025, CAP team members Danielle Ruiz and Lisa Ingram proudly represented Heidi and the CAP Realty team at the 5th Annual Grow Pasco event, hosted by the Pasco EDC and Saint Leo University.
Their session, “Location, Location, Location,” drew a strong turnout of business leaders eager to learn about the impact of strategic site selection. CAP was grateful to be part of such an impactful event filled with valuable insights and community connections.

Commitment to Industry Standards: Sabrina McCall
Beyond community service, CAP leaders remain deeply committed to upholding professional excellence in real estate. Sabrina McCall, who has been a member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors since 2006, continues to serve in leadership. Over nearly two decades, she has held roles including Chairperson, Secretary, President, Director, and Treasurer. In 2025, she is serving in her current role as Grievance/Professional Standards Chair, ensuring the highest ethical standards are maintained within the industry.
Looking Ahead: Light the Night for LLS
Later this year, CAP Realty’s Vice President, Danielle Ruiz, will lead a CAP team in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk on November 8, 2025.
This inspiring event will bring together the community to honor survivors, remember loved ones lost, and continue the fight against blood cancers.
